Pink Lemonade Slushy
INGREDIENTS
- For the pink layer:
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup superfine sugar
- 2 cups ice
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup water
- For the yellow layer:
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 5 to 6 lemons)
- 3/4 cup superfine sugar
- 2 cups ice
- Thinly sliced lemon, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Make the pink layer:
- Blend the frozen strawberries, superfine sugar, ice, and water in a blender until smooth. Pour halfway into tall glasses.
- Make the yellow layer:
- Blend the lemon juice, superfine sugar, and ice in a blender until smooth.
- Pour the yellow slush atop the pink layer, and garnish with a slice of lemon. Enjoy!
